Wonderful
Well designed rooms in an interesting building, comfy beds and good views. Handy location and great they have a convenience store on site.
The additional charge to use the pool was not clear and a bit annoying.

What was the highlight of Nest Hotel Incheon
Nice value getaway from the city
Clean (though a little aged) room with comfy beds; friendly staff. Foam party at the pool was fun in the evening. I appreciated the nicely decorated walking path, delicious brunch at the Kunst Cafe, and the sauna. Gym is also well equipped. Close to seafood restaurants and chill coffee shops nearby.
One suggestion: I thought it would be great if there could be an express check-out system instead of a long in-person queue. Two things to be mindful of: 1) the hotel is family friendly, so there are a lot of babies/kids as well as lots of couples taking photos by the pool so if you're looking to "swim" this pool is not for you. 2) Parking lot is on ground level in the open so the cars do get heated up during the day

Clean rooms with good view, but not a 5 star experience.
Very clean rooms, nice view over the bay, good breakfast, very good food. Convenience store on hotel premises. Free airport transfer.
Extremely crowded check in. They manage by giving people numbers, but you feel like in a post office. Secondly: The pool is not included in the room rate. They want you to pay around $50 per person and then you end up in an extremely crowded tiny pool. Thirdly crowds everywhere (also in elevators and on breakfast during the weekend). Lastly very poor command of English from the staff. Generally definitely not a 5 star experience for a 5 star price.
